As part of a migration effort onto Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud, built several new custom components with explicitly prioritized goals of improving mobile responsiveness, SEO, and accessibility. Through a collaborative and iterative approach between both teams, successfully implemented a mobile-first strategy for overall UX improvement including a decluttering of their previously existent visual content hierarchy. This project also resulted in a 30% improvement in accessibility scores.
Boston Pizza Brand Refresh
For the first major rebranding effort in over 60 years at Boston Pizza, co-led efforts around updating components (both OOTB and custom) as well as content as per provided branding guidelines. These efforts went on to receive praise from the client on LinkedIn - check it out here!
Prior to this major rebranding, also led the refactoring of the store locator functionality by modernizing a Google Maps implementation from class-based React components into a React hooks-based version which reduced code redundancy, significantly improved the overall user experience, and contributed to the stabilization of an annual giving campaign which leveraged shared functionality.
CI Financial Intranet Portal
Built, maintained, and thoroughly documented a bespoke corporate intranet portal for users across the US and Canada to securely manage documents with ease of future growth also top of mind. User-specific dashboards, a company-wide employee directory with multi-layered filtering, and access-controlled resource sharing were among the key features delivered.
